Accessibility Compliance and Disclaimers
We are committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Our goal is to provide an accessible website that conforms to Section 508 Guidelines and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Some current content may not be in compliance, and some content may meet only the minimum required compliance standards. This will be resolved in the future as we continue our efforts to monitor and maintain acceptable compliance levels. While every effort will be made, it is understood that creating accessible formats for some documentation and certain graphical renderings maintained by us may be technologically unfeasible or impractical.

It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, AA, and AAA. To the best of our understanding, this site should be conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, there are several accessibility features available to you:
- Transcripts: A text transcript is a text equivalent of audio information that includes spoken words and non-spoken sounds such as sound effects.
- Captioning: A caption is a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally rendered visually by being superimposed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard-of-hearing, and anyone who cannot hear the audio (e.g., when in a crowded room). - Volume controls: Your computer, tablet, and/or mobile device has volume control features. Each video and audio service has additional volume controls. Try adjusting both your device’s volume controls and your media players’ volume controls to optimize your listening experience.
