Please attach all Required Documents to assure Buyer's ability to acquire property (i.e., Buyer's proof of funds - POF; and Pre-approval Letter) to the bottom of the Submission Form in this section. Please DO NOT submit bundled/zipped files or links - attach individual files ONLY, e.g., jpg or pdf.

FOR OFFERS:

1. REALTORS® - prior to writing-up an offer on one of our listings, please go to the Listing has Supplements section on the MLS and carefully follow the listed instructions in the attached MLS file: Winning the Offer.
2. Please carefully follow the listed instructions in the Private Remarks section on the MLS.
3. Please fill-out and complete the Submission Form in this section.
4. Please attach all Required Documents (i.e., Residential Purchase Agreement - CAR Form RPA; Seller Payment/Concession for Buyer's Broker's Compensation - CAR Form SPBB; Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement - CAR Form BRBC; Buyer's proof of funds - POF; and Pre-approval Letter assuring Buyer's ability to acquire property) to the bottom of the Submission Form in this section. Please DO NOT submit bundled/zipped files or links - attach individual files ONLY, e.g., jpg or pdf.

FOR RENTAL APPLICATIONS:

1. REALTORS® - prior to submitting your client's Rental Application - CAR Form LRA on one of our listings, please go to the Listing has Supplements section on the MLS; OR download and execute the Smoke & Tobacco Free Lease Addendum form below. If available below, potential tenants can also download and complete the Rental Application - CAR Form RLA by themselves.
2. Please carefully follow the listed instructions in the Private Remarks section on the MLS.
3. Please fill-out and complete the Submission Form in this section.
4. Please attach all Required Documents (i.e., complete Rental Application - CAR Form LRA; signed Smoke & Tobacco Free Lease Addendum; full Credit Report(s) for all 18+ applicants; proof of Renters Insurance coverage; Driver's license copy(ies); proof of funds - last 2-months of bank statements; proof of income - last 2-months employment/income pay-stubs; and photo(s) of pets) to the bottom of the Submission Form in this section. Please DO NOT submit bundled/zipped files or links - attach individual files ONLY, e.g., jpg or pdf.
