IF AVAILABLE, potential tenants can also complete their Rental Application on RentSpree by themselves.

4. Please attach all Required Documents (i.e., complete Rental Application - CAR Form LRA; signed Smoke & Tobacco Free Lease Addendum; full Credit Report(s) for all 18+ applicants; proof of Renters Insurance coverage; Driver's license copy(ies); proof of funds - last 2-months of bank statements; proof of income - last 2-months employment/income pay-stubs; and photo(s) of pets) to the bottom of the Submission Form in this section.
