Congratulations on passing the interview process! Most importantly, you have decided to make it official and join Costera Luxury Properties (Broker) TODAY - and We Welcome You! All that is left for you now is to complete the final steps in the section directly below.
Confidential Agent Information Form
Post Interview - The Final Steps
- Please fill-out the Confidential Agent Form in this section - and attach all required documentation. Once complete, and after we have received everything back from you, we will then set-up the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) forms for e-signatures and send it over to you - via email - for your execution.
- Please log-in to your California Department of Real Estate (DRE) eLicensing account. Once you have logged-in, please search for and then select the Broker: Preview Orange County Real Estate, Inc. - DRE #02115250.
- BFPO #2, #3 and #4 ONLY: Please send us your upfront payment for your chosen Commission Plan - Brokerage Fee Payment Option (BFPO) via one of the following payment methods:
- Zelle®: Pay your Commission Plan via Zelle®; or
- Credit Card: Pay your Commission Plan with your credit card; or
- Venmo: Pay your Commission Plan via Venmo; or
- PayPal: Pay your Commission Plan via PayPal; or
- Personal check: Pay your Commission Plan by check. There are NO transaction service fees added to the BFPO amount if you pay by check. Please make your check payable to Costera Luxury Properties and mail/deliver to our registered Main Office address. Please allow time for delivery and processing.
After submitting your online DRE eLicensing request to join our brokerage, we will then ACCEPT your request once all of the required steps have been completed. As always, if you should have any questions, comments or concerns, please call us direct.

There are NO transaction service fees paying with Zelle®. Please sign into your financial institution's website and then simply send your BFPO payment via Zelle® to Preview Orange County Real Estate, Inc. | info@CosteraRealty.com. Click the button directly below to pay with Zelle®.
* Depending on your financial institution's transaction sending limit terms with Zelle®, your initial payment may be limited to just $500 - ONLY on your first/initial payment to the Broker. If that is the case, the remainder of your payment (the balance due to the Broker) can be performed after a 24-hour grace period, i.e., BFPO #2 or #3 = $500 initial payment + $220 next day payment; and BFPO #4 = $500 initial payment + $700 next day payment.
