In order to become a licensed Real Estate Salesperson (Agent) in the state of California, you are required to successfully complete 3 college-level courses (Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and one elective course) and then PASS the Salesperson State Exam.

Step #1
First, in order to qualify to take the California Real Estate Agent (Salesperson) License exam, you will have to take and pass two Required Courses including one of the Elective Courses.
